DOES KERALA SPICES AND CONDIMENTS RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS? 

 Due to to the nature of our products, We offer only Product Exchanges and not offer Returns and Refunds 

If you receive a damaged/Incorreect product, please take Videos and pictures of the product and contact info@keralaspicesandcondiments.com within 1 day upon receiving the order.

The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unopened and has all the packing intact.

All the Exchanges will be issued only after the Images and Videos have been received from the customer and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our eligible criteria above.
